Seeking Leader for Interim Senior Director of Pharmacy Role Near Washington, D.C.


The Position

  • As Interim Senior Director of Pharmacy, you will lead the in-patient pharmacy operations for the hospital campus and its satellite locations. 
  • The position oversees 150 FTEs with 10-15 direct reports.
  • Goals include improving employee engagement and retention, assessing departmental workflow and serving as a visible leader.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Pharm.D. preferred.
  • Must have worked in a large hospital setting and have 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Must be available to start immediately.
