Summary

Seeking a Compliance and Privacy Director to lead the department with St. John’s Episcopal –in Far Rockaway, New York!

The Position 

• The Compliance and Privacy Director will be responsible for the overall compliance regulation initiatives throughout the organization and will ensure that all departments are upholding state, local, and federal compliance regulations.
• Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, and a dotted line to the Board of Directors.
• This leader will be involved with contract negotiations, quarterly reporting to the board, reviewing and updating policies and procedures as needed.
• This leader will continuously review Standards of Conduct and collaborate with other departmental leaders to analyze and discuss any ongoing compliance issues and will efficiently navigate through the appropriate channels to reach resolution. 
• The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at various states of development will be critical.
• Ideal candidates will be diverse leaders, with a great personality and kind demeanor. Previous experience working in legal, and the healthcare industry is preferred. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is preferred. 
• A minimum of five (5) years of Health Care Regulatory Affairs experience required.
