San Juan Regional Medical Center seeks new VP of Human Resources to join its team in Farmington, New Mexico

The Position
  • The Vice President of Human Resources is a seasoned healthcare executive and strategic business partner responsible for overseeing strategy and delivery across all areas of human resources
  • The leader will drive HR initiatives to deliver measurable improvements in areas such as compensation, organizational effectiveness, recruitment & onboarding, performance management, wellness and employee engagement
  • In partnership with CEO, this leader will serve as an internal consultant to the business leaders on employment and cultural matters
  • Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated ability leading HR strategy and teams within an acute healthcare setting strong preferred
