The Position

  • The Interim Chief Human Resource Officer will oversee a large team of FTE’s and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
  • This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department and managing recruitment efforts.
  • The ideal leader will be a team leader, not afraid to roll up their sleeves and be hands on. 
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Union and CA employment experience required. 
  • Must be available to start within 2 weeks upon acceptance.

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
