Summary

Provide clinical nutrition and food services to patients of Fremont Hospital as their next Director of Dietary Services 


The Postion
  • The Director of Dietary Services oversees 10 employees consisting of dieticians, cooks, food service workers and a dietary manager 
  • The Director will be responsible for inpatient and outpatient dietary consults, in addition to providing clinical nutrition and food services
  • Knowledge and experience of compliance and regulatory standards is a must; ideal candidate will demonstrate familiarity with Joint Commission, Title 22 and food code expectations
  • Seeking a leader with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to connect and serve as a change agent across multiple departments
  • The Director must be a registered dietician with Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and one or more years’ experience in a supervisory role
