Summary

A California is seeking their new Interim Director of Quality Management!  

The Position

  • The Interim Director of Quality Management is responsible for administrative oversight and will manage the development and implementation of the hospital’s quality and improvement program.  
  • The Interim Director will assist in developing quality metrics to ensure that the current implemented policies and procedures follow state and local regulations to allow for optimal patient care.   
  • Will facilitate patient assessments, corrective action plans, and will seek resolution for family/visitor processes. This will include having consistent communication with department leaders, administration, and case managers.  
  • Ideal candidates will bring previous Quality experience within an acute care setting and will have the capability to hold staff accountable while establishing and improving current processes. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. 
  • Active California RN license is required.
