A Hospital in Garrison, North Dakota is searching for an Interim Director of Nursing, Skilled Nursing Facility to join their team

The Position

• The Interim Director of Nursing, Skilled Nursing Facility will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations for a 28-bed long-term care, skilled nursing facility. 
• This leader will be tasked with developing a summer skills lab for CNA’s and nursing staff. They will also develop Process of Safety huddles, and revise Interdisciplinary rounds. This leader will also work on staff recruitment and retention efforts.
• This leader will be expected to round on staff and residents daily.
• The ideal candidate will be a transformational leader. Must be able to encourage and inspire staff to be innovative and develop new ways to grow. Must have excellent communication and relationship building skills. 
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
