The Position

  • The Interim Director, Behavioral Health & Nursing Office, will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the department and will manage approximately 75+ FTEs. 
  • Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Interim Director will strive to create and maintain a positive work environment by encouraging communication, collaboration, and driving employee engagement to increase morale. 
  • The Interim Director will focus highly on both employee and departmental metrics and will work to develop and implement process improvement initiatives throughout the department. 
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 


  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is required. 
  • Active California RN license is required. 
  • Healthcare experience is required. 

Pay Details

  • Pay Range: $180,000 - $185,000 annually.
  • Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
