A Healthcare Center on the West Coast is searching for an Interim Director Emergency Services to join their team

The Position 

• The Interim Director Emergency Services is responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations of a 15-bed ED unit.
• Reporting to the Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer, this leader will oversee a team of ~50 FTEs.
• The leader will be responsible for mentoring department staff, build effective working relationships with nursing and medical staff, and improve operational efficiency. 
• The ideal candidate will be a strong, visible leader who is capable of working independently, but also works well with others. 
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements 

• BSN required. Master’s required. 
• Active RN license required. 

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $170,000 - $180,000 annually
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.

• In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
• The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
