Summary

Saint Francis Medical Center in Grand Island, Nebraska is looking for a Director of Perioperative Services to join their team!

The Position

• The Director of Perioperative Services will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations of a department with 7 Operating Rooms, currently running 3-4 daily.
• Reporting to the Vice President of Patient Care Services, this leader will oversee an OR Manger, SPD Supervisor and several specialty staff, with a total of 35 FTEs.
• This leader will be tasked with rebuilding/rekindling past relationships, and developing new ones within the community in order to drive growth and increase case load to the department. 
• The ideal candidate will be a strong, dynamic, visible leader with excellent communication skills. The ability to build effective working relationships will be critical. 

Requirements

• BSN required. Master’s degree, or actively enrolled in program, in a relevant field required.
• Active NE RN license or compact license required.
• CNOR certification required.
