The Position
- The Interim Director, Medical Staff Services, will be responsible for providing stability and leadership for staff members.
- The Interim Director will strive to stabilize staffing throughout the organization and will implement process improvement strategies when needed.
- Seeking a collaborative leader who brings extensive experience pertaining to staff services, and must be detail-oriented, collaborative, and accountability.
- This leader will focus on departmental initiatives including staff engagement, patient quality, safety protocols, and increased performance.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- CPCS certification is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of five years of ED experience, including previous leadership experience, is required.
Pay Details
- Pay Range: $150,000 - $160,000 annually.
- Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
