The Position

  • The Interim Controller, Director of Finance directs the organization’s financial planning and accounting practices and maintains good working relationships with lending and banking institutions.
  • This role will report to the Senior Vice President, System Chief Financial Officer.
  • This leader will be responsible for overseeing and directing treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, and financial forecasting. They will assure procedures and systems necessary to maintain proper records and to afford adequate accounting controls and services.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, with a minimum of five years’ experience working his hospital financial management. 
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred. CPA/CMA certification required. 
  • Must be available to start within two weeks of acceptance.

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
