A healthcare facility in along the east coast is searching for an Interim Manager of Talent Acquisition to join their team!

The Position

  • The Interim Manager of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations of the department, assisting the current director and new CHRO. 
  • This position will report to the Vice President, Talent & Organization Development.
  • This leader will be expected to support deliverables found during recent department analysis, monitor and report on metrics relevant to TA, work in alignment with other leader to implement tactical changes, and establish relationship amount the team to accomplish goals.
  • The ideal candidate will be a talented leader and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required.

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
