The Position

  • Responsible for more than a hundred employees, the Interim Manager of Operating Room will assist with Joint Commission survey prep, alongside the Director of Quality
  • Mentor employees and serve as a visible leader in the Operating Room, offering expert clinical feedback and evaluations to staff
  • Must have previous experience as a leader in the Operating Room or surgical service line
  • Academic or trauma center experience preferred
  • RN with Bachelor degree required
