Interim Nurse Manager for the Intensive Care Unit needed in Virginia Hospital

The Position

• The Interim Nurse Manager, Intensive Care Unit will oversee the 24-bed flexible unit that sees around 16 patients a day. 
• The Nurse Manager will stabilize the team while mentoring newer staff.
• Focusing on maintaining and improving patient experience, while building relationships and improving team engagement. 
• Seeking a strong, experienced leader with clinical leadership experience. 

Requirements

• BSN required. 
• Active RN required.

• The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
