Lead projects and utilize regulatory expertise as the new Director of Facilities with St. Peter’s Health, located in scenic Helena, Montana

The Position
  • Reporting to the Vice President of Ancillary Services, the Director of Facilities implements the strategic objectives of the organization through short and long range planning for facilities, equipment, and other resources needed to support new programs and initiatives
  • Ensure optimal functioning of building systems including mechanical, fire/life safety, environmental, etc., by maintaining existing property, facilities, equipment, roadways, ground, power plants, and other physical resources used by St. Peter’s Health staff, visitors, and patients
  • Maintains efficient and effective department operations while ensuring compliance with all accrediting, state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards and protocols
  • The successful candidate will have strong regulatory expertise and accreditation survey experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline required, Master’s preferred
  • Previous Director-level experience required
  • Minimum of 10 years management experience required with significant and recent experience in the healthcare setting
