The Position

  • The Director will collaborate to build an innovative, creative and passionate team engaged in driving a patient-centric approach in Centralized Scheduling and Support Services
  • The Director leads the operations, business strategies and innovations behind Queen Medical Center’s centralized scheduling and support center
  • Seeking a collaborative, mission-driven leader who can drive projects to completion and develop a strong department through recruitment, mentoring and evaluation
  • The ideal leader prioritizes people & quality care, is heavily invested in the success of others and possesses high Emotional Intelligence to be receptive in both the workplace and community
  • Minimum five years’ related experience and Master’s degree required
  • Working knowledge of Epic highly preferred
