Summary

A New Jersey healthcare facility is seeking their next Interim Director of Nursing! 

The Position

• The Interim Director of Nursing will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day nursing administration operations. 
• The Interim Director of Nursing will be responsible for the direction, coordination, and implementation of patient care services, activities of professional nursing, auxiliary nursing staff, and professional consultants to ensure optimal patient care. 
• This leader review quality, infection prevention, and survey readiness initiatives and will identify areas for improvement while working to implement improvement strategies. 
• Ideal candidates will be collaborative leaders who will develop, maintain, and foster positive working relationships and will lead onboarding and training initiatives throughout the department.  
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

• BSN is required. 
• Active RN license is required. 
• A minimum of five years clinical experience including two years of leadership experience is required. 

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $160,000 - $170,000 annually. 
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
