A New Hampshire Medical Center is seeking their new Interim Pharmacy Director!  

The Position

  • The Interim Pharmacy Director will be responsible for daily operations within the department, and will oversee approximately 20 FTEs including Certified Techs, Compounding Supervisor, and the Operations Manager.  
  • The Director will cultivate innovation throughout the pharmacy within the hospital, brining best practices and strategic planning to ensure a positive work culture.
  • Responsible for the stabilization of operations and will provide mentorship and support for all staff members to ensure that the organization meets all expectations to serve their patients and community. 
  • The Director will need to portray a high emotional IQ to guarantee they are able to build trust and connect with all current and future staff members. Additionally, the Director will encourage collaboration throughout the department while simultaneously instilling accountability, to ensure all regulations are met. 
  • Ideal candidates will bring previous/current Pharmacy Director experience.  
  • Active New Hampshire license is required. 
  • Offering a $5,000 sign on bonus!

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
