Summary
Interim Director of Quality/Risk Management Needed in Washington Healthcare Facility
The Position
- The Interim Director of Quality/Risk Management will support quality and risk management operations for a healthcare facility with 111 beds.
- This role reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
- The leader will focus on key tasks such as conducting Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), overseeing patient safety initiatives, and organizing monthly review presentations for patient safety and quality council meetings.
- Ideal candidates will have experience in risk management and be familiar with National Quality Programs (NQP). Previous director-level experience will be critical.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- CCPS Certification required.
- Prior experience in healthcare risk management is essential.
Pay Details
- Pay Range: $150,000 - $160,000 annually.
- Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
