Interim Director of Quality/Risk Management Needed in Washington Healthcare Facility

The Position

• The Interim Director of Quality/Risk Management will support quality and risk management operations for a healthcare facility with 111 beds.
• This role reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• The leader will focus on key tasks such as conducting Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), overseeing patient safety initiatives, and organizing monthly review presentations for patient safety and quality council meetings.
• Ideal candidates will have experience in risk management and be familiar with National Quality Programs (NQP). Previous director-level experience will be critical.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CCPS Certification required.
• Prior experience in healthcare risk management is essential.

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $150,000 - $160,000 annually.
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
