Head Case Management Operations as Director for Kingman Regional Medical Center in Sunny Arizona!

The Position

  • As Director of Case Management, this collaborative leader will work to advance the Case Management Department through the improvement in key quality measures and the efficiency with which hospital and community resources are utilized
  • The individual will be responsible for overseeing Discharge Planning, Utilization Review, Case Management, Social Services, Transitional Care processes, and personnel
  • Working hand in hand with the CFO and experienced leadership team, the key goals include elevating and enhancing care coordination and discharge planning, conducting an assessment of the team and promoting a culture that reflects the passion and commitment to high quality of care
  • Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience including a combination of Utilization Management, Managed Care, and Case Management experience
  • RN, Bachelors required; Master’s preferred
