Seeking Innovative Leader to Oversee HRIS Department for Health System as Interim Manager!

The Position

  • The Interim HRIS Manager will serve as a key member of the health system’s HR team and will lead the strategy and implementation of the HRIS department.
  • Priority areas include initiating and supporting process efficiencies related to the health system’s workforce, especially around HR technology solutions. 
  • Must bring 5+ years of HRIS experience in a healthcare setting, as well as a strong background with Workday.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
