An Oregon Healthcare center is seeking an experienced onsite leader to join their team as Interim Senior Director of Human Resources.

The Position

  • The Interim Senior Director of Human Resources (HR) will be responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations of the HR department.
  • The onsite leader will report to Chief Executive Officer and oversee a team of four FTEs.
  • The Director will be expected to assist with implementing "workforce wellbeing" and process feedback from staff on what's important to them.
  • Ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, who is capable of jumping in and assisting in the daily completion of department tasks. 


  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
