Summary
An Oregon Healthcare center is seeking an experienced onsite leader to join their team as Interim Senior Director of Human Resources.
The Position
- The Interim Senior Director of Human Resources (HR) will be responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations of the HR department.
- The onsite leader will report to Chief Executive Officer and oversee a team of four FTEs.
- The Director will be expected to assist with implementing "workforce wellbeing" and process feedback from staff on what's important to them.
- Ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, who is capable of jumping in and assisting in the daily completion of department tasks.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

- The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
