Interim Nurse Manager Assisted Living needed in Oregon Health System

The Position 

  • The Interim Nurse Manager Assisted Living will be responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations of assigned units. 
  • Reporting to the Assistant Health Services Director/Administrator, this leader will oversee a team of 23 FTEs. 
  • This leader will work to hold the team accountable for their work/standards. 
  • Ideal candidates will have exceptional bedside manner, and can make positive change. Med/Surg and Residential Care experience will be critical. Minimum of one year’ experience as a leader in a community care setting preferred. 
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 


  • Bachelor’s degree required; BSN preferred. 
  • Active RN license required.
  • Previous healthcare experience required.
