Seeking Interim Nurse Manager for New Leadership Opportunity at a Michigan Hospital!

The Position

  • The Interim Manager will be responsible for resources, equipment, supplies, and overall operations within the unit, facilitating employee engagement, maintaining physician alignment, as well as ensuring quality patient care and satisfaction.
  • Seeking a growth-minded leader with the ability to create and foster a positive learning environment, maintains accountability and monitors budget, and utilizes best practices to create a safe environment for patients and families. 
  • Ideal candidates must be critical thinkers, have minimum 1 year of nursing leadership experience, and 2 years clinical experience pertaining to position’s specialty. 
  • Bachelor’s in Nursing degree required; Master’s in Nursing preferred.
  • Current Michigan RN license required. 
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) required.
