The Position

• The Director of Women’s Services is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the operations and staff of a 25-bed Level 3 NICU and Women’s Services department.
• Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, this leader will oversee two direct reports and 110 FTEs.
• This leader's primary focus will be on stabilizing the department and improving daily operations to optimize patient care and service line growth.
• Ideal candidates will be highly organized and visible leaders with a strong focus on quality initiatives, patient engagement, and financial performance. Experience in acute care and prior director-level roles is essential.

Requirements

• BSN required; Master’s preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• Strong NICU experience and a proven track record in leading all Women's Services divisions are required.
• Five years of recent clinical experience in the areas of responsibility and two years of experience in progressive management.

Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $155,000 to $175,000 annually. In addition, a leader may be eligible for other benefits, including but not limited to health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses. The total compensation for the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The base salary range listed above is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
