Build a new crisis center from the ground up and launch start-up operations as the Executive Director at Behavioral Health Partners, an outpatient facility in Lawrence, Kansas

The Position

  • Provide operational and administrative leadership to 60+ employees as the Executive Director for a new 20,000 square-foot Crisis Recovery Center, set to open early 2022
  • The Executive Director is responsible for programming, strategy planning, culture, business growth recruitment, staff training & performance, facility oversight, accreditation, sustainability and related demands of the organization
  • Drive collaboration and synergies in a highly matrixed environment, where you’ll be accountable to Bert Nash, LMH Health, county representatives and the board
  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Must have previous experience overseeing the start-up and opening of a behavioral health facility
  • Master’s degree required
