Lead 5-Star, 100-Bed Long Term Care Facility Outside Washington, D.C., as Interim Administrator!

The Position

  • The Interim Long Term Care Administrator will lead a 100-bed, 5-star CMS rated facility.
  • Working in close partnership with hospital and facility leadership, the Interim Administrator will focus on maintaining high levels of patient care, quality metrics, and employee engagement.
  • Seeking leader with strong understanding of long-term care regulations as the facility will be in the CMS survey window. 
  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Virginia required.

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
