Dialysis Center of Lincoln, Inc. seeks a Chief Executive Officer to oversee advancements for the non-profit freestanding dialysis center

The Position

  • The Chief Executive Offer will develop a high performing senior executive team while fostering an entrepreneurial drive for DCL
  • The Chief Executive Officer serves as the senior leader for planning, development, execution and overall advancement of the organization
  • Reporting to the Board, the Chief Executive Officer must demonstrate abilities to remain competitive in the market and deliver on strategic, operational and financial goals
  • Key goals for the CEO: focus on connecting with the community and nearby hospitals, build a dynamic leadership team, implement a retention plan and quickly familiarize oneself with the ins and outs of operating a nonprofit kidney care association
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s strongly preferred

The Organization

  • Dialysis Center of Lincoln (DCL) is an independent, not-for-profit, community-based dialysis provider serving the Nebraska communities of Lincoln, Grand Island and Columbus
  • DCL was the first freestanding dialysis facility in the nation to be formed as a joint initiative; Bryan Medical Center and CHI Health-Saint Elizabeth Regional Medical Center both maintain a 50/50 share in the facility to this day
  • The center offers a variety of services including in-center hemodialysis, hospital acute dialysis, home hemodialysis, home nocturnal hemodialysis, home peritoneal dialysis, pre-dialysis education and therapeutic plasmapheresis
