Summary

Strategically lead Women’s and Children’s Services as Director with Bryan Health – an award-winning health system in Lincoln, Nebraska

The Position
  • The Director is responsible for the comprehensive administrative on key functions, roles, systems and process for  Women’s and Children’s services at Bryan Medical Center East Campus
  • Areas of oversight include an 18 bed Pediatrics and Women's Health unit, 30 bed NICU, 15 bed Labor & Delivery unit, and 32 beds dedicated to Mother/Baby
  • This position will lead five Nurse Manager direct reports and a total of 196 FTEs
  • Key goals will be to mentor and develop team members, establish trust and credibility throughout the units and serve as a resource to continue a smooth EPIC transition
  • Minimum of three years progressive experience in a clinical position related to the area of assignment requried
  • Minimum of three years experience in a management or supervisory role required
  • MSN and active Nebraska nursing license required
