Strategically lead Women’s and Children’s Services as Director with Bryan Health – an award-winning health system in Lincoln, Nebraska

The Position
  • The Director is responsible for the comprehensive administrative on key functions, roles, systems and process for  Women’s and Children’s services at Bryan Medical Center East Campus
  • Oversight includes five Nurse Manager direct reports and 196 FTEs across an 18 bed Pediatrics and Women's Health unit, 30 bed NICU, 15 bed Labor & Delivery unit, and 32 beds dedicated to Mother/Baby
  • The Director takes initiatives with projects and explores opportunities to shift the service line into the future
  • This leader focuses on building relationships with physicians, strengthening employee and patient satisfaction and collaborates across departments to drive results
  • Key goals will be to mentor and develop team members, establish trust and credibility throughout the units and serve as a resource to continue a smooth EPIC transition
  • Ideal candidate brings prior leadership experience across multiple areas including Level II or III NICU, L&D, Post Partum and Pediatrics in a 200+ bed facility AND has managed 2+ direct reports
  • Minimum of three years progressive experience in a clinical role related to Women's and Children's patient care services
  • At least three years of experience in a management or supervisory role required
  • BSN plus Masters in Nursing, Health Care Administration, MBA or other related field required and active Nebraska nursing license required
