The Position
  • Reporting to the Associate Director of Nursing, the Interim Operations Manager for Non-Malignant Services will lead daily operations of clinical trials focused on non-malignant tumors
  • The Interim Operations Manager addresses workflow, clinical competencies and onboarding in the department
  • This leader will assist in transitioning the department to a centralized clinical trial site
  • Establish trust with a staff of 80 employees
  • The Interim Operations Manager must have a professional and executive presence, demonstrate strong decision-making and planning skills, be results-driven and have prior experience in clinical trials
  • Interim Operations Manager will be successful if they have prior experience in oncology, IND, Investigator Initiated Studies, clinical study start-up and budgeting
  • Requires BSN or MBA with relevant management experience in a healthcare setting

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
