New senior leadership role as Vice President of Revenue Cycle in Louisville, Kentucky with Baptist Health, the largest not-for-profit health system in the state

The Position

  • The Vice President of Revenue Cycle is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide revenue cycle function including developing strategies to ensure that best practices are utilized throughout Revenue Cycle management, as well as identifying opportunities for continued enhancement of revenue capture and processing across the enterprise
  • Provides guidance, consultation and direction to encompass these aspects of the revenue cycle, including but not limited to facility and ancillary revenue operations, coding, health information management, account follow-up, patient access and patient financial services (consolidated billing for acute care facilities), as well as interaction with other related departments and functions
  • The VP will continue building, driving and maintaining a positive culture, developing the patient connection hub, utilizing metrics to drive operations, providing professional growth opportunities to the team and leading integration of all new Baptist entities
  • The successful candidate must have leadership experience at the Vice President level and a background within a large health system
  • Master’s degree in business or health related field required
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in a large, complex healthcare organization
