The Position

  • An Interim Director of Quality Management is needed to lead the Quality Management operations for a hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.
  • This role will report directly to the administrative team and work closely with department managers, medical staff, and the Governing Body.
  • The position is responsible for planning and implementing the performance improvement program to meet the needs of the hospital, providing education, facilitating performance improvement activities, and overseeing regulatory body surveys.
  • The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about current regulations, possess strong organizational skills, and have a collaborative approach to performance improvement and risk management.
  • Must be available to start within two to three weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Active RN license required.
  • Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification preferred.
  • Must have three years of recent Director of Quality Management or Risk Management experience in a hospital setting.

Pay Details
