Seeking an Interim Food & Nutrition Director to lead food services for a hospital on the East Coast

The Position
  • The Interim Food & Nutrition Director oversees daily operations and progression of Food and Nutritional Services, ensuring optimal care and service in meal prep and delivery
  • The Interim is responsible for 7 supervisors and 70 employees in the department
  • This leader will work to address turnover, mentor staff, and handle both scheduling and staffing
  • Role requires decision-making, food service management, knowledge of industry and health standards and explores policy and procedures regarding food and nutrition services
  • Must be familiar in use of equipment and have prior leadership experience in food service
  • Requires Bachelor’s degree in Food Service, Nutrition or related education, Master’s preferred

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
