Searching for an Interim Director of Case Management to work at a medical center in a scenic mountainous town

The Position

  • The Interim Director of Case Management will report to the associate CMO and be responsible for 43 FTE’s.
  • This role will assess the current state of management and identify opportunities to improve and reduce LOS.
  • The Interim Director of Case Management will build relationships with external partners such as SNFs and insurance companies, and focus on improving denial prevention, length of stay metrics, and the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  •  Active New Hampshire or Compact RN license required.
