Seeking Interim Director of Finance-Controller for Medical Center in Manchester, New Hampshire.


The Position

  • The Interim Director of Finance-Controller will be responsible for the oversite and day-to-day operations of the Finance department, and collaboration with Operational departments as well as IT, HR, Legal.
  • Reporting to the CFO, this leader will manage 6 direct reports, with a total of 75 FTE's.
  • This leader will be expected to compile budgets, assist with "Road to Profitability" initiative consisting of 17 different work streams focused on various ways to enhance revenue and curb expenses.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in an advanced accounting setting with an understanding of data governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Accounting required.
