Summary

A Georgia healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim VPHR, Physician Enterprise! 

The Position

  • The Interim Vice President of Human Resources (VPHR), Physician Enterprise, will be responsible for developing successful HR strategies and enhancing HR operations. 
  • The VPHR will collaborate with executive administrators associated with the Physician Enterprise team and will focus on departmental initiatives including the improvement of patient experience, quality, and workforce planning/management. 
  • Ideal candidates will be strong, visible, hands-on leaders capable of building effective working relationships throughout the department and will strive to create and maintain mutual trust throughout the organization. 
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree is strongly preferred. 
  • Strong HR experience within a Medical Group setting is required. 
  • Healthcare experience is required.
