The Position
  • The Senior Director of Perioperative Services will head daily operations for 20 ORs, PACU, Same Day/Pre-Op, GI Lab, and SPD, with a total of roughly 130 FTEs and 6 direct reports
  • Reporting to the hospital President, this leader will work to build and develop strong physician and staff relationships, establish a more effective scheduling and block-time utilization process, and focus on turnover times and add-on requests to aid with physician satisfaction
  • The ideal leader will possess strong experience working with both academic and private surgeons (mix of town and gown)
  • Either BSN or MSN, with a Master’s requirement
