Searching for Two Associate CNOs to Aid in Facility’s Transfer from Teaching Hospital to Academic Center!

The Positions
  • We're looking for two Associate Chief Nursing Officers who will be responsible for all clinical areas outside the OR and ED, including: Neurology, Oncology, Cardio, and Transplant Institutes, Medical/Surgical floors, Wound Care, Magnet Journey, Patient Experience, and Quality/Safety/Service
  • Breakdown of the clinical areas will be based on candidates' leadership background
  • These leaders will work to establish upward movement in patient experience, quality, and productivity measures, head recruitment and retention for the aforementioned areas, ensure successful building transfer (new building under construction)
  • Ideal leaders will possess prior Magnet-Journey experience, at least five years of clinical experience, and a background in a service line-driven model
  • Either BSN or MSN, with a Master’s required
