The Position

  • The Director of Compensation serves as a key contributor to compensation planning activities including merit budgeting, pay structure changes, and forecasting pay program costs.
  • Designs, implements, and administers compensation programs and policies that align with the business, attract and retain organizational talent, and comply with government regulations.
  • 7 years of progressive experience in Compensation with at least 3 years management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or similar discipline. 
  • Must be available to start within 2 weeks upon acceptance.

  • In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
