The Position

  • The Interim VP of Total Rewards and HR Technology will be responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. They will ensure strategic plans, missions, values, associate perspectives, and competitive concerns of the organization are being met.
  • This onsite role will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer work closely with senior executives to ensure appropriate administration of HR policies and business processes for effective, efficient, and compliant delivery of programs and services.
  • This leader will be expected to assist in the implementation and refinement of Workday application. Along with updating and deploying a redefined total rewards strategy and compensation operations reinvention.
  • The ideal candidate will be subject matter expert in their field by possessing a solid foundation in compensation, benefits and HR technology. Effective communication skills will be vital.
  • SHRM-SCP, PHR SPHR, CCP or CPB professional certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Masters preferred. 
  • Must be available to start within two weeks of acceptance.
