Oversee patient care and operations as the Clinical Manager, Comprehensive Wound Care for a Tennessee hospital

The Position

  • The Clinical Manager oversees Comprehensive Would Care and manages three RNs to ensure quality patient care and optimal clinic flow
  • The Clinical Manager should establish structure in the department to improve quality outcomes, meet regulatory standards, drive LEAN processes and optimize staffing
  • The Clinical Manager should anticipate occasional hands-on patient care and work with physicians to ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Minimum required education is BSN degree; selected hire must possess or obtain Master’s degree to meet Magnet designation
  • Wound care certification must be completed within two years of hire
