The Position

  • The Senior Director for Pediatric Perioperative Services will partner with key leaders, including the Chiefs of Surgery and Anesthesia, to deliver exceptional results in business growth, clinical performance, financial management and accreditation
  • The Senior Director will focus on growing the service line, efficiency in the OR, staff retention, team engagement and professional development
  • Scope of the role spans 21 Operating Rooms, full service cath labs, IMRI suite, robotic surgery and sterile processing
  • Must have significant clinical background in pediatric surgical care and experience at the Director level
  • Minimum BSN with Master’s degree required
