Interim Director of Emergency Transport Services needed in a TN Healthcare facility
The Position
- The Interim Director of Emergency Transport Services will assume responsibility for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of transport services specifically tailored to Emergency Services. This includes the coordination and management of ambulance, helicopter, and airplane operations.
- The position will report directly to the Senior Director.
- This leader will strive to uphold the stability of the existing program, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining optimal staffing levels.
- Preferred candidates will possess strong leadership qualities and substantial experience in Emergency Medicine and Transport settings. Experience in Level I Trauma centers will be particularly advantageous.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s highly preferred.
- Current license to practice as an RN, RRT, or EMT-Paramedic required.
- Previous healthcare experience required.
