The Position

• The Cancer Center Administrative Director, Clinical Trials Office, will be responsible for leading operational and strategic initiatives and providing optimal growth opportunities throughout the MCW Cancer Center (MCWCC) and Clinical Trials Office (CTO) throughout Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin. 
• The Administrative Director will oversee approximately 130 FTEs and will focus on the strategic planning, organizing, and oversight of the CTO including the development of strategies for patient recruitment, compliance, performance and quality improvement, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.
• This leader will collaborate closely with the Medical Director, Assistant Clinical Medical Director, MCWCC executive leadership, managers, and the Cancer Center Administrative Director to implement enterprise change strategies that are aligned with the strategic long-and-short-term goals of Froedtert as well as the MCWCC. 
• The Administrative Director will be responsible for closely monitoring quality, safety, and compliance initiatives throughout the Cancer Center to ensure that all operations are aligned with local, state, federal, and organizational standards.  
• This leader will focus on the development, organization, and implementation of initiatives pertaining to CTO operations including site visits, events, educational materials, marketing, and both internal and external transactions to ensure optimal opportunities for growth, patient satisfaction, and clinical success. 
• Seeking a versatile leader who will be able to effectively build and grow a cohesive unit while establishing standards, accountability, and goals while providing efficient leadership, guidance, and strategic partnership. 
• Candidates will ideally demonstrate high level executive functioning skills, strong collaboration and communication, and the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree and/or MBA is preferred. 
• A minimum of 10+ years of operational and/or administrative experience within clinical trials and designated cancer center experience is required.
