El Camino Health is actively seeking a highly skilled Executive Director, Oncology Service Line, to join their team in the beautiful setting of Mountain View, California!

The Position

• The Executive Director of the Oncology Service Line, in partnership with the Medical Directors and Chiefs of the department, will oversee the operations of both inpatient and outpatient oncology services across the organization's two hospitals.
• This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
• The primary goal for this leader will be to expand the Oncology Service Line by recruiting new physicians, opening new facilities, enhancing subspecialties, and integrating services to offer more robust patient care.
• The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and proven experience in building an oncology program. They should be highly organized with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree highly preferred.
• A minimum of eight years of senior healthcare management experience, including at least three years in the development and leadership of a major service line, is required.

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $199,000 - $299,000 annually.
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
