Seeking Strong Revenue Cycle Leader to Serve as Director of Patient Financial Services for Southcoast Health, a Health System Near Boston!


The Position

  • The Director of Patient Financial Services will lead the system-wide patient financial services function for Southcoast Health, which includes the Southcoast Hospital Group (SHG) and Southcoast Physician Group (SPG). 
  • Oversight is approximately 115 FTEs.
  • Reporting to the Vice President for Revenue Cycle, the Director will be a key leader in streamlining all aspects of billing, claims collection, analytics, and accounts receivable systems for the system hospitals and physician groups.
  • Seeking leader with a strong understanding of both hospital and physician group billing.  
  • Experience with Epic preferred. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field required.
  • Master’s degree and CPMA or related certification preferred.
