The Position
- The Chief Executive Officer provides leadership to more than a dozen Mirror Inc. behavioral health and substance abuse locations across Kansas, overseeing 200+ employees
- The Chief Executive Officer will develop a strategic plan to efficiently manage multiple business lines, expand partnerships into metro areas and evaluate potential growth opportunities
- The CEO will work collaboratively to stabilize staff, foster longevity and inspire a service-oriented culture throughout the organization
- Must have a strong financial acumen and executive leadership experience in a substance abuse, behavioral health or addiction treatment setting
- Bachelor’s degree required
