The Position
  • The Director of Corporate Strategy and Planning plays an integral role in assisting the Vice President of Strategy in developing, implementing and montoring strategic initiatives
  • Manages the assessment of market position, trends, demographics, product line definitions for the system; and collaborates closely with senior executives, providing objective data and analysis that enables leaders to surface issues, make informed decisions and achieve strategic goals
  • Responsible for developing, communicating, implementing and sustaining strategic objectives particularly within the Ambulatory, Medical Group and Retail markets
  • Primary goals include mentoring staff members, training and educating the team on current platforms, and increasing their level of comfort with interpreting and communicating data
  • The successful candidate will have formal planning and strategy experience with strong data analytics skills
